By using FightThis ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. What FightThis is

FightThis is a letter-drafting tool. We help you write letters to insurance companies, the IRS, debt collectors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you. See our full Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a resident of the United States to use this service. By using it, you represent that this is true.

3. What you can do with letters we generate

• Use them for your own personal legal correspondence
• Edit them before sending
• Send them to the party they're addressed to

4. What you cannot do

• Use the service to harass or threaten individuals
• Generate letters threatening violence or unlawful action
• Use the service to defraud any person or entity
• Use the service as a debt collector to demand payment from consumers (FightThis is a consumer tool)
• Use the service in connection with any illegal activity
• Resell or redistribute letters generated by the service
• Misrepresent a generated letter as the work of an attorney

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize the charge for the service selected. Refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

6. Subscription

If we offer a subscription, it renews automatically. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date; no proration on the current period.

7. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED LETTERS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIGHTTHIS AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FightThis from any claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or letters you send using generated content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
