Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with every letter FightThis generates. We're upfront about what you're getting: a free watermarked preview before you pay anything. If the preview doesn't meet your needs, don't pay. If you pay and we failed to deliver, we'll make it right.

When we issue refunds

  • Within 24 hours of payment, before download: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at support@fightthis.m8n1ac.com with your order number.
  • Technical failure: If the letter failed to generate, generated incompletely, or contained obvious system errors — full refund regardless of timing.
  • Mailing error: If we committed to mailing your letter and it was not sent, full refund of the mailing portion.

When we don't issue refunds

  • After download of the unlocked letter: The work has been delivered. We do not refund because "it didn't work" or "they denied my appeal anyway" — we draft letters, we don't guarantee outcomes.
  • After mailing: Once a letter has been physically mailed, the service has been rendered.
  • Subscriptions: We do not prorate the current billing period. Cancel anytime before the next renewal to stop future charges.
  • Dissatisfaction with the legal outcome: We draft letters based on your inputs. We cannot guarantee that the receiving party will respond favorably.

How to request a refund

Email support@fightthis.m8n1ac.com with:

  • Your email address
  • Order or transaction ID (from your payment receipt)
  • Brief description of the issue

We'll respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks that result in fees from Stripe are passed through to you if the dispute is decided in our favor. We'll always try to resolve things directly first.
