Answer a few questions.
Each vertical has a short set of questions — usually 5–8. Your name and address (for the letter), any relevant context, what outcome you want, whether you agree or disagree with what they're claiming.
The questions are different for each situation. Insurance appeals ask about your insurer and whether the plan is employer-sponsored. IRS responses ask which notice you received and whether you agree with the proposed change. We ask the minimum we need to write a specific, grounded letter.

What the AI does and doesn't do.
The AI does:

How we keep your data safe.
